I LOVE YOU

What is the theme of almost every song and novel, and every movie ever made?

LOVE!

Lost love, found love, puppy love,risky love, scorned love... Nearly everything we do is an attempt to get more love. We buy cool clothes, flash cars and climb the corporate ladder. We do crash diets, get botox, get braces, and pierce our body parts.

Once, I figure, "If I look sexy, people will love me." "If I am clever, people will love me." "If I an 97% wrinkle free, he will love me."

Every person I ever meet was aching for love and acceptance- and some are doing crazy things to get it. They are so busy trying to find love that they sometimes forget to tell people we care about how we feel...

He said " I told her last month that I love her. Can't she remember?" She remembers, but she wants to be told every month. Actually, wants to be told everyday!

Ive lost count of the number of grown men who have said to me that he loved me.

But too often we wait for tragedy before we tell people what they always wanted to hear. Sometimes the tragedy means it's too late to tell them.
