Every now and then, people talk about kawen, is it the right time to kawen?

Towards the end of my friend's wedding, one pakcik said something like, ‘when guys get into their 30s and is still single, there’ll be looking for a perfect match from top to toe’ . At the time, I felt like adding that it’s the same for the girls. Ha ha. Strangely enough, these guys find ladies in their 20s as perfect. So assuming I am pursued by guys in that age group, will that make me perfect?

20s is a good age for girls to marry. At least thats what I think. Cause the older you get, regardless of how pretty or successful you are in your job, and you’re still not attached.. people are going to wonder why and make speculations. Like this particular aunty I know. People think she’s still heartbroken over her r’ship that failed many many years ago. And everytime balik kampung, her story will be repeated to other people. It’s like ‘hello.. give her a break’. That guy probably is not her main concern anymore. And she’s just diverting her love and time to other causes - like her nieces she’s caring for.

In fact mid-20s is a good age to marry. Marry too early, you risk feeling that you havent enjoyed life to an accepted best. Marry too late, you cant enjoy each other for at least a year because you were rushing to have kids before risking having your eggs contaminated with time and have abnormal offsprings.

But this is just me. As to what I think today. this is just me. Ha ha

Can I ask for a favor?

I guess when it comes to a time when you need a tiny favour, people backed out on you. Alasan-alasan yang hampeh, "OMG, I forgot!" or "We don't have enough staff here." or "There'll be some other appointments soon." or whatever shit they can just tell you.

The situation becomes different when people asked for YOUR favour. Maybe I'm too kind. Maybe it's just my nature to help people around. Maybe I just hate putting people down. Maybe I kept thinking I could multi-task. Maybe good karma will come back to me if I help out.

Maybe, maybe and more maybes.

Most of the time, I never turn any so-called favours down. I'll refuse when there's too much tasks to do. Even when I'm on my laziest-no-mood mode, I'll still help. Yeah, maybe I'm too kind. Too giving that I receive nothing. I am well aware that this isn't fair. As always, I'll just have to suck my thumb and nurse the heart that everything will be alright. Pathetic, right?

Countdown to September? I can just forget the working extension things do after what happened recently. Once I'm out, I won't bother if they need extra manning. Go. Fuck. Yourself. I have a life outside the workplace.

No one gives a rat's ass whether you've eaten or not, had your break or not or even when you needed to relieve yourself. Tapi tak ape, now kita nampak siapa yang sekarang ini jadi 'asshole'....
erghh

Hush hush

esok is sunday...wee wuuu

A picture of something you wish you were better at.

I wish I am better at everything. When it comes to work, I wish I am better at handling guest complaints and pull a poker face when that happens.

The thought of having a guest shout at your face for something that displeases him/her is never a pleasant experience.

When being confronted by one, I’ll get very nervous and scared. I’ll be loss for words and stressed out immediately.

My only solution is always to apologize for the inconvenience caused and then refer them to the manager on duty knowing how low of respect is given to a line staff compared to the management.

And remember that "I'm sorry" is a powerful words and would make everybody chilled.
